Yes, of course, we learn how to defend ourselves, gain confidence and get in shape, but the progressive nature of working towards the next belt makes martial arts unique, as it is an individual sport practiced in a team environment.
Not to mention the boredom due to the repetitiveness of always doing the same exercises. Since not everyone can afford a personal trainer, the lack of accountability that happens when working out alone often leads to less frequent exercise, before gradually returning to exactly where you started.

Classes available are TKD Tigers for the 3-6 year olds, Juniors only for the 6-13 year olds, Family Classes for anyone age 6 and over, Adults Only Classes and finally our Thursday Night Fitness Class!
All our instructors are fully qualified, insured, First-aid trained & DBS approved. All instructors qualifications are with the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain and the British Taekwondo Council.

Our Full Time Academy Centre (Dojang) and our base is in Prestatyn and is Denbighshire's premier martial arts centre and is a modern fully equipped martial arts training centre with many classes to suit all age groups from 3 years of age upwards.
170 square metre training area. We have toilet & changing facilities, parent/spectator viewing area plus a hot & cold drinks & snacks facility, complimentary WIFI & we also host birthday parties for children.
Our other classes at various locations around the county of Denbighshire are all at Leisure Centres and are clean, tidy, well ventilated and a safe environment to practice Taekwondo in.
